Amazing, caring people work here and answer the phone. Some times life throws things your way and you just need help to get out of it .. I tried to call over a dozen "24/7" bail bond services at 2:30 am and not one of them answered, until Jonathan picked up the phone at AAA Garcia Bail Bonds! He was so professional, friendly & helpful when I really needed something to go smoothly on a nightmare of a night. As a virgin Bail Bondsman client, he walked me through the process, explaining how it all works. He was very knowledgeable & understanding of my predicament! He worked with me on the percentage I needed to pay & even permitted me to use multiple credit cards to make the payment, so that I could get my loved one out of jail as quickly as possible! Within a matter of a few minutes, he had the bond issued in order to start the release process. If, and when you need a bail bond, especially in the middle of the night when these kinds of things tend to occur, don't bother wasting your time calling all the other bail bond guys listed in google -- skip right to AAA Garcia Bail Bonds! I want to give a BIG THANKS to Sarah and Jessica for going above and beyond what I expected!!! They were extremely helpful and quick with the bonding process from beginning to end. Actually, my bond was set 11 hours before my release (BCSO's fault not AAA-Garcia's). Everyone that I spoke with at the office were very understanding, courteous and professional. The way it should be; they remember that we are just people having a bad day or night. They were very thorough with the paper work and explaining the process, it only took 15 minutes. I highly recommend AAA-Garcia to anyone in need.

It is one of the best bail bonds I’ve ever gone to. I’ve used most of the other bond companies in San Antonio and they did not want to help as much as AAA Garcia. They help me out when finances were tight, And I felt like there was nothing else I was going to be able to do. I what did thank them for helping me when I was at the last straw thank you.

I needed to bail my daughter out of jail so I decided to go to AAA Garcia bail bonds and I was extremely happy I did. When I got there Cera greeted me and helped me through the process smoothly and answered all my questions that I had. She explained everything that I needed to know in a manner I would understand, especially since I’ve never used a bail bondsman before. I was in and out in about 45 minute which I thought was impressive from what I thought it would be. I highly recommend AAA Garcia bail bondsman. I saw their ad on the internet and saw how it was owned and ran by family. They treat you with respect and help you with all you need to know.

I give AAA Garcia Bail Bonds the highest level of commendation. I had never used this type of service before. But when I got that type of unwanted phone call in the middle of the night, I felt powerless and I didn't even know where to start. Fortunately, I came across AAA Garcia Bail Bonds and they were very professional, knowledgeable and I could tell that they cared about my situation. I personally dealt with Autumn, Michelle, and Heather. They were able to give me a timely resolution, handled everything accordingly and kept me updated. I highly recommend using them if you are ever in this type of situation.

I would have never thought I needed a Bail Bond. EVER. This company has an amazing employee by the name of Jonathan. He is wonderful. Not only did he explain everything I needed to know but he let me cry, made me laugh and just genuinely cared about me. For him and him alone I feel a million times better. He was thorough in everything we talked about and let me sidetrack and vent. In such a dark moment for me he was a light. If i could rate higher than a 5 i would. Thank you!!!!

UPDATE: Spoke with someone from there office. They sincerely apologized and advised of conversation as well as additional training that would be provided to the overnight employee.If I could give zero stars i would!!!! They send communication in the middle of the night. They woke me up the night before court, how stupid is that. Then I couldn't get back to sleep, great being tired at court is so much fun. Or do they do that on purpose so that when you do fall back asleep, you'll then over sleep and miss court. I paid money and signed papers promising id be in court, wait for court. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!!!!!!! I'll go back to using any other bail bonds that does NOT send communication in the middle of the night.

Never ever have i ever walked into a bail bond office and felt RIGHT AT HOME! STAFF IS SUPER AWESOME. i loved how i was told to go home and rest and they'll take care of the rest....
